We have partnered with the DeBartolo-York Family to collectively bring DeBartolo Commons, a 4-acre community green space to Southern Park Mall. 

We can’t think of a better partner than the DeBartolo-York Family. 

With the DeBartolo-York Family, and our other stakeholders, we have completed a redevelopment effort to make Southern Park as dynamic as ever and maintain its longstanding presence as a gathering place to shop, play, eat, drink and hang out within the Boardman community.
